My name is in cibil data. I have cleared my credit card and personal loan dues. I want to remove my name?
Q. I had taken credit card from HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank and personal from GE Money. I did not pay Bill and Installments. Because of that my name was entered in Cibil Data. Now I have paid dues of both credit cards and personal loan. How to remove my name from Cibil?

A. I fully agree with Katie W. and there is probably no way you can remove the negative info. However, there was a possibility that you could have negotiated with the credit card companies that in exchange for you repaying what you owe, that they would remove all negative info from credit bureaus, but if you have already paid it off, then it is too late.

Q. When we have cleared all the dues more than 18 months but cibil is not rectified, what shall we do to rectify our cibil report?

A. Write to support@cibil.com mentioning the facts. If they are not rectifying, proceed against them for damages in consumer court. All multinationals are only to loot Indian economy. They are interested in collecting exorbitant amount and never do service to the clients.

A. As long as your credit score is good enough you can show your VOD (verification of deposits) Not bank statements. Your mortgage company or the bank you went to should have explained this to you. Feel free to ask me any questions I can assist with.

A great novel of the Cibil War was not written until long after the war ended because..?
Q. Choices: 1) The proper vehicle for such strong meterial, the realistic novel, had not yet been fully developed in the U.S. 2) It was necessary for the intensity of the countries emotions to subside before such a realistic novel would be accepted by the american public 3) The writers who viewed the war firsthand lacked the skill to adequately describe what was really happening on the battlefields 4) No american writers of the period were willing to risk visiting the battle sites during the war This is a question on an english assignment. I wrote it exactly how it is on the sheet. Please have some proof of the answer! Thanks so much!

A. I ca not really answer this question but give you some help: 1) Was there any realistic novel published before 1865 ? I know one book which has a tremendous effect before the civil war on the public: Uncle Tom's cabin (I would describe it as a realitsic novel) 3.) I doubt this. The civil war was not a "secret war", newspapers reported in detail about the war and the battles and the war took place all over the country. You did not have to be a soldier in the war to describe it and write a book about it. And you did not have to be writer before the war (in WW II some soldiers started to write during the war and wrote great novels !) 4.) During the first battle of Manassas (only some miles south of Washington) people from the city drove… [cont.]

A. Hi Vijay, That's a great sign that you want to pay all your dues. I don't have full idea as to the procedure for removing your name from there, but I am sure one organisation can help you. ICICI has a subsidiary, Disha Financial Counseling. They advise loan and credit card defaulters. They can advise you how you can repay your debt. Once you pay all your dues, ICICI itself will get your name out of cibil. Alternatively, people from Disha can also suggest you the procedure.

A. The Cibil War was a war between the Cibilians in the Nort and the Cibilians in the Sout, sometimes known as the Nort and Sout Cibilian Wars. The Cibil War was a war over slabery, and some of the Slabes actually joined in on the side of the Nort Cibilians. It was fought ober seberal years and ebentually petered out. It had a thing called the Underground Railroad, which was the first subway system and carried slabes to freedom in the Nort. No one knows for sure when the Cibil War started, it just showed up one day and got up and going. Many beliebe it started over a skirmish at an After Thanksgibbing sale at Bal-Bart.

A. There are two credit bureaus that maintain your credit data in the country now, the prominent among them is CIBIL or Credit Information Bureau (India) Ltd. The newly notified Credit Information Companies Regulation Act , 2005 (CICRA) gives a consumer several rights with regard to credit bureaus. 1) First you should approach CIBIL (www.cibil.com) to get a copy of your own credit report. This right is given to you by CICRA.. that cost you some 200/- bugs.
